Joining with Mersad's
Through My Lens with the shot I finally got of Mt. Jefferson, that beautiful snowcap near our home. This was the view from the road where we were getting our mail this afternoon. Other photos were taken as we drove to Terrebonne from Crooked River Ranch and back....
Mt. Jefferson, part of the Cascades Mountain Range is the second tallest mountain in Oregon. It is an inactive volcano. The mountain was named in honor of President Thomas Jefferson by the Lewis and Clark Expedition. It's snowcap is gorgeous to see when the skies are clear, as we drive to our home.

| Two of the Three Sisters at sunset. The Three Sisters are actually named Faith, Hope and Charity. |
